Chef Pajo Bruich & Sommelier Anani Lawson

 

We invite you to join us for an evening of emotions and tastes both familiar and uncommon. Follow us into an experience that will challenge your cultural expectations of food and wine, as we brilliantly display a culmination of phenomenal ingredients paired with an innovative gastronmic approach.  

 

Anani Lawson, Sommelier at the world renowned "The French Laundry" Restaurant will be co-hosting the night, pairing some very specific wines with carefully crafted cuisine. The approach will be one to challenge your expectations and experiences of certain wines, and educate you how to approach and choose perfect food and wine pairings.

 

Pajo Bruich, Chef and Owner of "Pajo's Boutique Catering", will be formulating an animated dining experience, bringing flavor combinations, textural variations and whimsical dishes together for a memorable experience. The menu will challenge you to think about food in a new way, using your senses as tools to your emotional judgement. Guests will be submerged in classic methods of cooking forged with very modern techniques to create an experience like no other.
